You find Coach Conny mostly in the office, managing all our social media, billing, website etc.
She has been training Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu for about 4 years and has successfully competed at tournaments and passed her level 1 Muay Thai test.

Excellent, beautiful Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy. Olympus has the best structured kid's program I've seen in any gym before, I highly recommend it. The adults are great to train with, and Josh Souder is a great instructor.
